I am married to my college sweetheart of 19 years. I have 4 nieces and 1 nephew that keep me extremely busy. I have 23 years with FWISD, 6 years as classroom teacher and 17 years as Professional School Counselor. I am a proud member of Sigma Gamma Rho, Incorporated Sorority. I believe in helping others and volunteering with various organizations. “At the end of the day, it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished… it’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better. Mr. Jordan Omorogbe

11th Grade Counselor

Mr. Omorogbe has been teaching at Polytechnic High School since 2003. He understands the multifaceted potential of children and believes in their ability to suceed.  He pledges to continue to develop and help students achieve their academic and post high school goals.  Mr. Omorogbe's ultimate goal is that every Poly student will graduate from high school, be globally competitive for post-secondary education and/or work, and be prepared for life in the twenty-first century.

Mrs. Ingrid McMillian

10th Grade Counselor 

Education wasn't my first choice, considering I come from a family of educators. I actually began my career as an ESL teacher in Dallas ISD after leaving my corporate position as a Paralegal. That being said, becoming an attorney was my dream, but family was my priority. I have had the pleasure of loving educating students for 20 years, with 15 of those years being a high school counselor. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Also, I enjoy giving back to my community with my Sorority - Delta Sigma Theta.

Mrs. Crystal Torrez

9th Grade Counselor

My education career path has been in progress for 18 years and I have served as a school counselor across 12 years in many districts within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area. Through this path I have been able to enrich my knowledge and skills within my passion areas of Special Education and 504 programs. My blessed home includes my husband celebrating 20 years together- Michael, my daughter- Tori who attends Stephen F Austin State University, my son- Ian who attends South Grand Prairie HS, and our 1 year old Beagle- Lexi. I am a huge Jurassic film series fan. I love movies, books, and gourmet chocolate treats.
