Meet the Principal

Kim Courville Williams

Kim Courville Williams is an experienced educational leader with more than 30 years of service in public education, dedicated to improving student outcomes and ensuring all students have access to high-quality instruction. She brings a strong background in building effective instructional systems, developing teachers, and using data to drive continuous improvement. 

Before joining Fort Worth ISD, Ms. Courville Williams served in multiple leadership roles in Houston ISD, including as a Lead House Principal and an Assistant Principal at the Middle and High School levels. During her tenure, her work focused on strengthening Tier 1 instruction through aligned curriculum, data-driven professional learning communities, and targeted coaching to ensure rigorous, high-quality instruction in every classroom. She also led the English Language Arts department, which earned a TEA Distinction in ELA achievement.  

Ms. Courville Williams holds a Master’s Degree in Education and certifications in Special Education and Principal Leadership. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and is deeply committed to servant leadership, educational excellence, and community engagement.

Above all, Ms. Courville Williams values family and is the proud mother of two children.
